Job Description
Maersk is hiring Process Experts to support customer experience operations within its Ocean Logistics division. The role focuses on managing post-booking supply chain activities and ensuring customers receive timely assistance throughout the shipment process.
The selected candidates will handle customer interactions through email and chat, with limited voice support when required. Responsibilities include case management, shipment execution, customer query resolution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Candidates with knowledge of supply chain, ocean freight, landside logistics, and shipment documentation will have an added advantage. Key Responsibilities
