Job Description

IBM is hiring Software Engineers to join its Hybrid Observability and Management team, contributing to products such as Unified Stream Manager (USM) and Confluent Control Center (C3). The selected candidates will work on enterprise-grade platform software designed to provide management, monitoring, observability, and security capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities
