Job Description
Tata Communications is looking for an Engineer – Cloud Operations to join its operations team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational support. The role involves troubleshooting system and application problems, providing timely resolutions, and escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-availability environment while maintaining service quality and meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Key Responsibilities
